From the picturesque hills of Naranjo, Costa Rica, Finca Vajuza Azul presents a distinctive Red Honey Blend crafted by producer Julio Araya. This exceptional coffee is composed of a mix of carefully selected varieties, each contributing its own character to the cup. Grown between 1,400 and 1,600 meters, the cherries are processed using the Red Honey method, where part of the fruit’s mucilage remains during drying — enhancing natural sweetness and complexity.
The result is a rich and velvety cup, with layers of brown sugar and cocoa, balanced by warm spice notes and vibrant red fruit tones. Its smooth, lingering sweetness reflects the harmony between precision, passion, and the fertile soils of Costa Rica’s Central Valley.
