Grown between 1,400 and 1,600 meters, each bean undergoes the meticulous Red Honey Process, where part of the fruit’s mucilage remains during drying, enriching the cup with natural sugars and silky texture.
 
The result is a creamy yet vibrant cup, bursting with honey sweetness, subtle goldenberry fruitiness, and a touch of zesty lime. Its clean, balanced profile embodies the essence of Costa Rican craftsmanship and the passion of producer Julio Araya.
