Through the Honey Process, the beans retain part of their natural mucilage during drying, resulting in a cup that harmonizes sweetness, fruit, and refined acidity.
 
This coffee opens with aromatic notes of clove and cinnamon, balanced by silky caramel sweetness and juicy hints of peach. A touch of white wine brightness completes the experience, offering elegance and depth in every sip.
